1. Sponsor The 2026 Portrait Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lydia Schnitzer Imagery LLC, located in Gilbertsville, Kentucky (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner or recipient of the gifted prize must be able to travel to Lydia Schnitzer Imagery in Gilbertsville, Kentucky for the portrait session. Travel, lodging, meals and other expenses associated with attending the session are not included. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins when the 2026 Portrait Giveaway page is published and made available for entry and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter To enter, visit the official Portrait Giveaway page at lydiaschnitzer.com/giveaway2026 and complete the entry form with your name and valid email address. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase from Lydia Schnitzer Imagery will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize One winner will receive a custom fine art portrait experience with Lydia Schnitzer Imagery, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $600. The prize includes: – A custom portrait session with Lydia Schnitzer Imagery – Planning, posing and artistic direction – One finished 11×14 fine art portrait – One corresponding watermarked web image Professional makeup is not included in the prize but may be purchased separately if desired. No cash alternative will be provided. The prize may be gifted to a friend or family member, but it may not be sold, resold or exchanged for cash. The portrait session must take place during calendar year 2027. Scheduling is subject to Lydia Schnitzer Imagery’s availability.

6. Winner Selection and Notification One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and announced on or around December 15, 2026. The selected winner will have seven (7) days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within seven days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select another potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Email Communications By submitting the Giveaway entry form, entrants acknowledge the email disclosures presented on the entry form and agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Lydia Schnitzer Imagery. Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. Unsubscribing from future marketing emails after a valid entry has been completed will not invalidate or reduce the entrant’s chance of winning. I think that last sentence is important. You don’t want someone feeling like they must remain subscribed through December to preserve their entry.

9. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Lydia Schnitzer Imagery may announce the winner’s first name and last initial in connection with the Giveaway. Any use of photographs created during the portrait session for portfolio, advertising, social media or other promotional purposes will be governed separately by Lydia Schnitzer Imagery’s applicable photography agreement/model release.

10. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being administered fairly or as intended, subject to applicable law. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway and determination of the winner are final to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lydia Schnitzer Imagery LLC and its owner, employees, contractors and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Lydia Schnitzer Imagery and not to Facebook or Instagram.

13. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Lydia Schnitzer Imagery Privacy Policy.
